  • In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 8–10 business days.

We do not store complete card or banking information on our servers.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–72 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery timelines vary between 3–7 business days within India.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to external factors including logistics disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

 

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All return, exchange, and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Returns must be requested within the specified return window.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • We may require supporting evidence, including an unedited unboxing video, for damage, missing, or incorrect product claims.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 8–10 business days.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policy.

 

9. Unboxing Video Requirement

For claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Wrong products

A complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents being displayed without cuts or edits.

Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the claim.

 

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, product images, text, graphics, and branding elements, are the exclusive property of Darkhoot Fashions Private Limited.
